Welcome

Aptly named for its panoramic views of the famous river, surrounding mountains and valleys, New River Panorama Acres was formed circa 1990.  The subdivision is comprised of almost 30 different tracts of land ranging in size from 1 acre to over 50 acres.  The properties are being used for vacation homes, permanent homes, and as recreational retreats.  The majority of property owners are from North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Delaware, Maryland, Florida, Alaska and Virgina.  Panorama Acres offers a fun, quiet setting in the rural atmosphere of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The Panorama Acres gazebo overlooks Claytor Lake to the north, New River to the south, and the community of Allisonia below.  This winter photo doesn't do justice to the beautiful flowers that bloom here in the spring and summer.
